Dr. Diane Treat-Jacobson, School of Nursing, who has been working on various research projects with Dr. Arthur Leon in the School of Kinesiology and his former Ph.D. student, Dr. Ulf Bronas, also of the School of Nursing, was presented with a prestigious award at the 2010 Vascular Disease Foundation Annual Meeting last fall.
