Privatization: Maybe good, maybe bad, definitely ugly

New York?s deputy mayor, Stephen Goldsmith, a champion of privatization, announced plans to ?insource? tasks and services that the city previously privatized and assigned to contractors and consultants, citing opportunities to save money for the city.
