Falls are not just limited to the construction industry or to those who perform manual labor. In the Financial Activities industry, marble floors contributed to 600 cases of which workers missed one or more days from work both 2008 and 2009. Here are some interesting facts provided by Brian Zaidman, Senior Research Analyst, for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry:
